OSTFR - #1
One week after posting my resolution, it’s time to post the first Official Shallow Thinker Fitness Report (OSTFR). Can I get a drumroll please……
No, I need it to be a good drumroll. Not just your fingers on the desk. Someone find a snare drum.
Alright. After one whole week of an intense fitness regime, my weight and fat % numbers are in the ranges below:

So, the good news is that I’ve ordered my scales (shown in the picture) to help me track my progress. The bad news is that they haven’t arrived yet. Unfortunately, I can’t tell you if I’ve lost weight or become a rare example of human conditioning. Well, I can tell you for sure about the latter of those two, but the former can’t be determined. On the plus side, there is no any evidence that I’ve gained weight, either. YAY!
I’ll have to consult with Kelley, but I think that we need to celebrate a week of not gaining weight (and you can’t prove that I have - HAHA!). I’m thinking a Chinese Buffet might be a bit over the top. Maybe KFC is a good trade-off. It’s healthy because it’s chicken.

How about a Marble Slab ice cream? (See my current post, http://queenkelley.com/?p=432, #11.)

I will say “no” here on the blog so that the people in Internet land will thing that I have strong willpower. But if you ask me again tonight, you’ll have a cup of caramel-topped goodness in your hands within 15 minutes.

I am not quite sure how your package tracking chart shows your weight and fat% numbers, but they do say it is the thought that counts.

It’s my way of showing that the scales are still in transit, so I can’t weigh myself. It’s secret code for “I really have nothing worth writing today, so I’ll disguise that with slight humor.” No one will ever know…

“No one will ever know…”
Do you mean no one will know you’ve got nothing worth posting or that you’re humorous? I think it’s the latter…
