Candidate #1 it is the shot of "look sweaty it's that your favorite airplane a Stealth? Go stand in front of it and I'll take your picture." A smart picture if you want to go into Areospace engineering, maybe not MERC. And the diverseness of the activities means he's either lonely looking for a crowd, trying to impress a chick (which I had to tell Van what a chick was as I discussed this out loud with Mike) or trying to conquer the world. Candidate #2 the picture would have made me put his resume straight into the shredder. Needs a note sent to him about the power of Goggling for an employer as a heads up. Candidate #3 somewhat stockerish with the picture and and bit sarcastic. Took way too much time trying to get me to connect with him on a music level, definitely leads me to believe that he will crank up the volume in his office and may pass him up if I don't like his taste. Mine would say that I hide from pictures since it is a picture of Casey (but he's cute) and married to Mike so make your own judgments there. So going to make Mike let me see his interns Googles now.
